Acupuncture: Acupuncture is system of medicine that involves the insertion of very thin needles along energetic meridians located throughout the body. Points are chosen along these meridians based on the diagnosis according to Chinese medicine theory. These points chosen help to balance out Qi (energy) flow. Balancing this system can help alleviate a wide variety of pathology including many different types of pain, headaches, respiratory, gynecological, gastro-intestinal, dermatology, sleep and emotional issues.

Chinese Herbal Medicine: Chinese herbal medicine in an important component of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves the use of a variety of herbs and traditional formulas you address your concerns. They are available in pills, powders, and raw forms. Chinese herbal medicine and Acupuncture compliment each other very nicely in addressing the root cause of pathology, as opposed to just masking the symptoms.

Cupping: Cupping is Chinese medicine therapy involving the use of cups (heated glass or plastic) to create suction on the body. This creates a myo-facial (muscle/facia) release, This is excellent for improving circulation and therefore is extremely helpful for pain.
